Returns Policy

Within 15 days of delivery, most items can be refunded, exchanged or replaced when returned in original and unopened condition.

Please email us at motorcycleatv@mailcar.net to request Product Return Instructions, Authorization, and Return Address Labels.

In your email, include:

  • Your original Order Number, to be found on the Order Confirmation emails we sent you.

  • A brief explanation for the product return request.

If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item first, then place a new order.

For damaged items, only the exact item and version you ordered can be replaced. You are responsible to return the damaged item within 15 days of delivery.

Customer pays return shipping. If we provide a pre-paid UPS or USPS return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All web store products are warehoused utilizing Amazon.com storage facilities and all orders are fulfilled by Amazon, so we must follow Amazon's return procedures to make sure your returned product is properly restocked to the correct inventory and we are given credit.

Most refunds are fully refunded in 5 to 7 days after your returned product has been received and processed by Amazon.

You can pack and send your return in just a few simple steps:

  • Pack the items and return authorization securely in a box or the package used to deliver the item.

  • Secure the return mailing label to the outside of the box using clear tape.

  • Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location.

These items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.

  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC barcode.
